Each tablet contains: Thiamine (Vitamin B1 from thiamine nitrate 75 mg) 60.8 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 50 mg, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 100 mg, Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5 from Calcium pantothenate 81.8 mg) 75 mg, Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6 from pyridoxine hydrochloride 50 mg ) 41.1 mg, Biotin (Vitamin B7) 1 mg, Folic acid (Vitamin B9) 200 micrograms,  Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 100 micrograms, Inositol 25 mg, Choline bitartrate 25 mg, Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg.

Free from gluten, wheat, yeast, milk derivatives, lactose, flavours and preservatives. Contains soya bean products. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How To Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
